Please remember that at the Jaguar
Invitational we would expect that you would volunteer somewhere. This meet takes a great deal
of parent participation and if we all chip-in, no one should be over-burdened. We still need lots of volunteers
(quite a few families haven’t volunteered, please do so ASAP). You can do this by contacting Ruthanne
(871-8058). Remember the Jaguar motto, “How can I help?” Ruthanne has tried to accommodate
all volunteers by scheduling 3-4 hour time slots. · Jaguar Invitational fliers were
in your box. Be aware of the differences between our weekly meets and the Invitational. Reminder:
club members do not pay any fees, but you must pre-register. ·
Jaguar Invitational t-shirts are being pre-sold with only a few available for sale at the meet. Order TODAY! ·

- Next, as you can see from the schedule this is an all day ‘deal’ – very fun and very
exciting! If you have to miss this special meet, please let your kids, their *division coaches, and Loretta
know ASAP.
- Also, assist your athletes (especially
the younger ones) in scheduling their events. Midgets, bantams and cubs select up to three events

the events in which they want to compete with their division coaches, they have ‘pre-registered’.
This should be completed SOON!
- At the

For field events, athletes check in to the field event judge at the appropriate time. Remember:
Jaguar members do not pay the event registration fees.

be awarded, and 2-6 place ribbons will be given for individual events, and 1st place medals and 2nd
